Derek Hatcher Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded to combat the disease of addiction and educate our youth on the dangers of substance abuse. We provide assistance to families that have lost a family member to addiction and/or incarceration, and encourage teens to make good choices. Derek Hatcher Foundation has educated many students and parents about the dangers of drugs, helped children of addicts, foster children and underprivileged children, and spoken to legislation about the need for more awareness of fentanyl and other deadly drugs. Overdose is preventable through education, community support and intervention. Addiction hurts the entire family.
